Realizzato con la stessa tecnica di lavorazione del Provolone del Monaco D.O.P., il Provolone Dolce è destinato ad un pubblico che predilige, nei formaggi, sapori delicati e meno incisivi. Prevede una semi-stagionatura di circa 4 mesi ed è ideale da servire come antipasto.
